Oxfordshire Funeral Photographer - South Oxford Crematorium
This was my first visit as a Funeral Photographer to South Oxfordshire Crematorium and Memorial Park. A beautiful and peaceful place and the perfect setting for this lovely ceremony in Oxfordshire. I was invited to capture this day as the family simply wanted it documenting, capturing the detail and to help remember everyone who attended. It was a lovely ceremony and once we’d finished at South Oxfordshire Crematorium & memorial Park, we headed off to the lovely Denman College for the Wake for jam Scones, cake, sandwiches and tea.
The Good Funeral Guide - 'Be Better' Event 2019, Stratford-Upon-Avon
I was thrilled to be invited to Photograph the 2019 Good Funeral Guide - ‘Be Better’ Event on behalf of the Good Funeral Guide earlier this month. It took place at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Studio Theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The day was full of inspirational & progressive Speakers, some of whom I have worked with on funerals in the past.
Buckinghamshire Funeral Photographer - A Funeral at Chiltern's Crematorium
This was my first Visit as a Funeral Photographer at Chiltern’s Crematorium, Amersham in Buckinghamshire just a couple of days ago. The family booked me photograph the funeral due to relatives living in Malaysia being unable to travel and attend. It was a priviledge to work with Heritage & Sons Amersham Funeral Directors who were incredible on the day and an absolute pleasure to meet.
Somerset Funeral Videographer
Yesterday we drove down to Taunton Deane Crematorium in Somerset for the funeral Filming of Leah Marie Wilson who sadly died in a tragic accident whilst on holiday with her family in Tenerife in August last month. The funeral was organised by Robson & Stephens Funeral Directors and the service was led by the lovely Celebrant Beverley Symonds. It was incredible turn out from friends and family, all there with one purpose, to celebrate Leah’s Life and to say goodbye. The service was really beautiful, with laughs and giggles at times as tributes were shared.
South West Middlesex Funeral Photography
On a wet and windy day, the friends and family of Joan arrived at All Saints Church in Hampton, London to celebrate her life. All Saints is a very beautiful and friendly church. Whilst setting up one of the ladies made me a nice cup of tea and showed me around. Soon freinds and family arrived and made their way into the Church as the dark clouds rolled in. Just as the Hearse arrived the heavens really opened up and the rain came down really hard.
The rain was relentless as Joan’s coffin was carried into the church. I managed to find a relatively dry spot under a tree where I could take photos from. The tributes led by the family were really beautiful and once the service was over we headed off to South West Middlesex Crematorium (Hanworth Crematorium) for the final blessings.
Poetic Endings Summer Party at Linden House, London
It was lovely to join Louise and her team from Poetic Endings at Linden house last week for their 2019 Summer Party. Louise set up Poetic Endings just 2 years ago in 2017 and in this short time her work with bereaved families has made an incredible impact throughout London and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of working with her on several funerals recently and so I was thrilled when she invited me to come and photograph their get-together at Linden House. There are lots of photos, but here are just a few of my favourites from the party. Enjoy!!
Golders Green Funeral Photographer, London
It was a privilege to film and photograph the memorial service for the family of Author and Novelist Andrea Levy at Golders Green Crematorium in London a couple of weeks ago. She led an amazing life and we were thrilled to capture all her tributes. Leverton & Sons Ltd were the funeral directors for the day and as always they did such a wonderful job.
Essex Funeral Videographer - Clacton-On-Sea
It was an absolute privilege to be down in Clacton-On-Sea, Essex filming on behalf of this lovely family. On the day me and my team covered both Video and photography for the family. I shared the funeral photos from the day a few weeks ago, which can be viewed here (Photos).
It was a beautiful cold but sunny day. so I made sure to get plenty of scenery shots to make the most of the location in the Film. Like all Funerals, we had multiple locations, time was tight, but we got some wonderful shots along the way. I know how important capturing the details and tributes were to the family so I’m absolutely thrilled with how the film has turned out.
Yorkshire Funeral Photographer - A Viking Funeral
Today I was at Grenoside Crematorium in Sheffield, South Yorkshire in what felt like a warm spring day. This was my first visit here, so a new Crematorium for me. After a quick chat with the friendly team I was ready and set up for Ethan’s Funeral. There was a festival theme the the ceremony with everyone wearing bright colourful clothing and viking helmets to celebrate his life. There was music, dancing and some amazing tributes to this young mans life. An absolute privilege to be there as a Funeral Videographer to capture this event. Thank you to the whole family for having me.
Essex Funeral Videographer & Funeral Photography
It was a long journey to this beautiful part of the country for a Funeral in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The family had asked us to cover both video and Photography for the whole day. This included the Hearse arriving at the Family Home, the Church service, the burial at Clacton Cemetery and the Wake. It was a really busy day for me and my team (Roshni & Dave) with all the different locations and often very little time to pull our equipment down and set up again, whilst making sure we captured everything on behalf of the family. Luckily the weather was on our side with nice blue sky’s which was especially good when we were outside for the Burial at Clacton Cemetery. So here are a few photos of the day, with the aim of giving you an idea for what we do. A huge thank you to the family for inviting us and making us feel so welcome on the day.

Leicester Funeral Videography - Funeral at Great Glen Crematorium
As a Funeral Photographer this was my first visit to the Great Glen Crematorium to Film a Funeral. The surroundings of the Leicestershire countryside and the beautiful building made it the perfect place for this family to say farewell. …
Leicestershire Funeral Photographer
I started the day at the family home in Leicestershire where a Horse Drawn Carriage (Buckminster Funerals) arrived with the coffin draped in a beautiful shroud which was also a family heirloom. Then it was off to the Church of Our lady of Good Counsel, Leicestershire for Chris’ Memorial Service where a Scottish Bagpiper (Piper Paddy Mc Gowan ) led him into the church. The priest (Father. Abbem Emmanuel) was so lovely, he did a wonderful thanksgiving service allowing the whole family to reflect on his life. After the ceremony finished we went to Gilroes Cemetery and Crematorium where the final blessing and burial took place. It was a bitterly cold day, but the sun came out as everyone said their final farewells.
Thank you so much to Priscilla for booking us to film and photograph Chris’ day. You put together such a beautiful day and showed real strength. Thank you for all the chats we’ve had on the phone and for being so kind and welcoming to me. It was an absolute privilege capturing these moments for you.
Asian Funeral Photographer - Photographing a Hindu Funeral
This particular funeral was a Hindu Funeral, which was very beautiful and it took place at Thorncliffe Cemetery and Crematorium in Barrow-in-Furness. Cumbria. The day started at the Co-op Barrow Funeral Care to film the family arriving and the horse and Carriage as it left. Then it was on to Thorncliffe Crematorium for the ceremony. As is custom, this was an open coffin funeral with a lovely Hindu ceremony involving lots of flowers, butter and other traditions. The care and preparation was incredible, truly beautiful to watch and record on behalf of the family and was probably one of the most intricate ceremonies I have had the privilege to attend. This was followed by the wake which took place at the Chetwynde Hotel

Oxford Funeral Photographer
“Mrs P” recently passed away but earlier in her life she was a dispatch driver in World War ll where she was responsible for delivering important messages and no doubt encountering plenty of danger along the way. After the war she continued with her fascination and love of motorbikes, so it was fitting that her coffin arrived on a stunning full length Trike hearse. Brilliant!!

Today I travelled to St Giles’ Church in Oxford for the Memorial Service and Burial of Professor Stanley. As a Funeral Photographer it’s always a relief when the Vicar is easy going and Rev Andrew Bunch was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was also lovely to meet Funeral Director Lucy and her team from the Individual Funeral Company who originally booked me on behalf of the family.
